WhatsApp Business is the business version of WhatsApp, designed for businesses to communicate with their clients through the most used messaging channel in Europe and Latin America.

## Purpose

With WhatsApp Business integrated into Frihet:

- **Send invoices via WhatsApp** — Share invoices in PDF directly to your client's WhatsApp from Frihet
- **Payment Reminders** — Send notifications for pending or overdue invoices via WhatsApp automatically
- **Client Communication from Frihet** — Contact your clients without leaving your ERP, keeping the history centralized
