WhatsApp Business is the business version of WhatsApp, designed for businesses to communicate with their clients through the most used messaging channel in Europe and Latin America.

Purpose

With WhatsApp Business integrated into Frihet:

• Send invoices via WhatsApp — Share invoices in PDF directly to your client's WhatsApp from Frihet
• Payment Reminders — Send notifications for pending or overdue invoices via WhatsApp automatically
• Client Communication from Frihet — Contact your clients without leaving your ERP, keeping the history centralized
