Qonto
This integration is available in Frihet. Configure it in Settings → Integrations → Qonto.
Connect your Qonto account to Frihet to automatically import your business banking transactions as expenses. If you use Qonto as your primary bank, this integration eliminates the need to manually record each payment and gives you complete visibility into your operating expenses within Frihet.
What it's for
- Import transactions as expenses — Payments and charges completed in Qonto are imported as expenses in Frihet with full details
- Debits only — Only debit transactions (payments made) are imported, not income, to avoid mixing flows
- Automatic deduplication — Already imported transactions are not duplicated in subsequent imports
- Expense consolidation — Unify your Qonto expenses with the rest of the expenses recorded in Frihet for a complete financial overview
Requirements
- Active Qonto account
- Frihet Pro or Business plan
- Qonto API Organization slug and Secret key
How to connect

- Select the API or Integrations > API section
- Here you will find two pieces of information you need:
- Organization slug — Your organization's unique identifier (something like

- Organization slug — Your organization's unique identifier (something like
- Copy both values
Step 2: Configure in Frihet

- Find Qonto and click on the card
- Enter your Organization slug in the first field
- Enter your Secret key in the second field

How it works
Frihet connects to the Qonto API using your Organization slug and Secret key to authenticate. When you initiate an import, Frihet queries completed debit transactions in your Qonto account and records them as expenses.
The import is on-demand. Only completed debit transactions (payments to vendors, subscriptions, card purchases, etc.) are imported. Income and incoming transfers are not imported.
