What it does today

Frihet stores your Copper CRM credentials and checks the connection (GET /account). It can also query one data operation, detailed below.

Connect

1. Go to Integrations.
2. Search for Copper CRM and click Connect.
3. Enter the credentials the form asks for (apiKey).
4. Click Test connection: Frihet runs GET /account against the provider.
5. Click Save connection.

What data Frihet reads

Operations Frihet can request from Copper CRM, in addition to the connection test:

Security

• Credentials stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM): apiKey.
• Requests to the provider leave from Frihet servers, restricted to these hosts and operations. Hosts: api.prosperworks.com. Operations: GET /account, POST /people/search.
• Any other operation is refused before it reaches the provider.

• This page documents which operations Frihet allows; it does not say how often they run.
