The AI assistant converts natural text into complete invoices. Type as you would speak and confirm before saving.

Example 1: Simple Invoice​

You:

Create invoice for Juan Garcia for 500 euros for web design

The assistant:

  • Detects client: Juan Garcia (or creates a new one)
  • Concept: Web design
  • Amount: €500.00
  • Date: Today
  • Shows you a preview to confirm

Example 2: Invoice with Multiple Lines​

You:

Invoice Empresa SL: 10 hours of consulting at 80 euros per hour, plus 200 for travel expenses

The assistant:

  • Detects client: Empresa SL
  • Line 1: Consulting - 10 h × €80 = €800
  • Line 2: Travel expenses - €200
  • Total: €1,000.00

Creation Flow​

  1. Type your request in the chat
  2. The assistant interprets the data
  3. Review the preview (client, concept, amount, date)
  4. Confirm or correct before saving
  5. The invoice is created automatically

If something is not exact:

  • You can edit directly in the preview
  • Or say "Correct the client to..." and the assistant adjusts
  • Amounts are recalculated automatically

Tips for Better Results​

Be Specific​

❌ "Create an invoice" ✅ "Create invoice for Juan Garcia for 500 euros for web design"

Include Clear Amounts​

❌ "Charge something for working" ✅ "500 euros for design" or "10 hours at 80 euros"

Mention the Client by Name​

The assistant searches for existing clients:

  • "Juan Garcia" → searches in your contacts
  • If it doesn't exist, it asks before creating

Use Natural Formats for Money​

All of these work:

  • "500 euros"
  • "500€"
  • "500.00"
  • "five hundred euros"

Special Cases​

New Client​

If you mention a client that does not exist, the assistant:

  • Confirms it's new
  • Allows you to add tax information (optional)
  • Automatically creates the contact

Discounts and Surcharges​

You:

Invoice Juan Garcia: 1000 euros for services, with 10% discount

The assistant:

  • Base: €1,000.00
  • Discount (-10%): -€100.00
  • Total: €900.00

Multiple Concepts in One Line​

You:

Invoice Empresa SL: 20 hours of consulting at 75 euros, 8 hours of development at 100 euros

The assistant:

  • Line 1: Consulting - 20 h × €75 = €1,500

After Creation​

Once the invoice is confirmed:

  • It is saved automatically
  • You can edit it from the invoice list
  • It synchronizes with your integrations (if you connected Stripe, etc.)
