Invite Team Members

Frihet allows you to invite other people to your account with different access levels. Ideal for collaborating with partners, employees, or your accounting firm.

Available Roles

How to Invite

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Enter the member's email and select a role
  3. Click Send Invitation
  4. The invited member receives an email with an acceptance link

The invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, you can send a new invitation.

Accept an Invitation

When you receive an invitation:

  1. Click on the link in the email
  2. If you already have a Frihet account, log in
  3. If not, create an account using the same email as the invitation
  4. You will be redirected to the dashboard with access to the workspace

Manage Members

From Settings > Team you can:

  • View all active members and their roles
  • Change a member's role (owner only)
  • Remove a team member

Team functionality is available in the Business Plan.
