Mobile app (PWA)
Frihet is a Progressive Web App (PWA): install it on your phone, tablet or desktop to open it without the browser bar and without going through the app stores.
Overview
Once installed, Frihet:
- Opens as a standalone app, without the browser navigation bar.
- New versions download on their own; Frihet notifies you to apply them.
- Without a connection, shows the data already loaded with the notice "Offline — viewing cached data".
- Includes home screen shortcuts: New invoice, New expense, Dashboard and Contacts.
Quick start
- Android (Chrome): open app.frihet.io in Chrome → menu (⋮) → Add to Home screen.
- iOS (Safari): open app.frihet.io in Safari → share button → Add to Home Screen.
- Desktop (Chrome/Edge): look for the install icon (⊕) in the address bar.
Reference
- No additional configuration required. Frihet offers installation as a PWA from the browser.
