Client Detail

When clicking on any client from the list, their complete record opens at /contacts/:id. From here, you manage the entire commercial relationship with that client.

The top section displays the main client data:

  • Name (company or person)
  • Tax ID/VAT ID
  • Email, phone, web
  • Full address

Next to the data, four summary cards:

Click on Edit to modify the client's data.

Pipeline (client status)

Each client has a status within your sales pipeline. Click on the status to change it.

ActiveClient with active commercial relationship
InactiveClient with no recent activity
LostOpportunity closed unsuccessfully

The pipeline allows you to visualize the phase of each commercial relationship and prioritize follow-up.

Activity Tab

Displays a chronological timeline of everything that has happened with the client:

  • Automatic activity: invoices created, sent, and collected; quotes sent; linked expenses.
  • Manual activity: calls, meetings, and other events that you log.

Entries are grouped by date. To log activity manually, click on + Activity and select the type (call, meeting, email, other).

Notes Tab

Internal notes about the client. Only visible to you and your team, never to the client.

  • Click on + Note to create a new one.
  • Each note shows author and creation date.
  • You can edit or delete existing notes.
  • Cmd+Enter (Mac) or Ctrl+Enter (Windows) to save quickly.

Useful for logging verbal agreements, negotiation context, or reminders.

Contacts Tab

Individual contacts associated with the company. Each person includes:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Position

Ideal for companies with multiple interlocutors (sales manager, administration, technical). Click on + Contact to add a contact.

Documents Tab

List of invoices and quotes linked to the client, automatically filtered. From here you can:

  • View the status of each document (draft, sent, collected, overdue).
  • Open any invoice or quote directly.
  • Create a new invoice or quote for this client (pre-filled data).
